2004 Annual Report of the Gomidas Choir
The purpose of the Gomidas Choir is to serve the Armenian Church with dedication, to take part in the singing of the Divine Liturgy and other church services throughout the Eastern Diocese, and to develop an appreciation for Armenian song and music in our community.
Highlights of 2004 Activities
The choir participated in the celebration of the Divine Liturgy on two occasions at St. Vartan Cathedral, seven occasions at the Holy Martyrs Church, Bayside, NY, and once at Holy Cross Church, New York, NY.
The choir’s 46th anniversary was marked with a buffet reception after Palm Sunday services (Apr. 4) at the Holy Martyrs Church, Bayside, NY.
