A Day in the Life of Mariah

Today was our first full day at camp, and the girls woke up very early. It was an awful experience. Breakfast and chapel followed; it was a tiring occasion, but that’s okay because the camp spirit was in the air. During sports, a lot of people played volleyball… and my team won! Swimming was quite a refreshing dip (it was a scorcher today). Extreme hardcore Marco Polo was… extreme. Lunch was next, but we’re not going to talk about that. Also, Sylvia taught us how to rap. Our evening program was an interesting discussion about “Carrying the Light” and what does it mean to be Armenian. It was just another day as a St. Vartan Camper.
