  1. What are some experiences or difficulties in the church community that can cause the “Armenian flame” to weaken?
  2. What can we do to strengthen the “Armenian flame” when it begins to weaken?
  3. What are some specific ways that our Church can help you to keep your  “Armenian flame” strong?
  4. What are some specific ways that the leadership of our church (clergy and lay, local and Diocesan) can support our youth in their effort to “carry the flame (torch)?
  5. What can I do to keep the “Armenian Flame” strong?

Follow up Suggestions

  1. Identify facilitators and recorder for each discussion group.
  2. Prepare packet for each facilitator.
  3. Schedule for 15 groups of 10 participants each.
  4. A Diocesan Council member and a clergy member will be assigned to each group where possible.
  5. Select panel participants carefully by gender, area and ability to articulate clearly.
  6. March and April Diocesan Council meetings will be an opportunity to prepare for the Assembly.
