During the 2006 Diocesan Assembly, delegates will be discussing various bylaw amendments and proposals. Delegates have already received four such issues, submitted by the Proposals Committee, comprised of Fr. Nersess Jebejian, Dr. Nishan Kechejian, Fr. Mamigon Kiledjian, Michal Mamishian, and Fr. Shnork Souin.
