Many college students take a break from the parish they were raised in as
children. At the same time they are re-thinking who they are and what they
believe and are looking to establish a new relationship with their church
and faith. It is our duty to take an active interest in their spiritual development
and inform them of the many ways they can deepen their faith and increase
their understanding of our church.
While there are dozens of ways for parishioners to minister to college students,
here are three ways to get started in conjunction with your pastor and the
college ministry facilitator.
Read College Ministry Checklist. Click here to download the college ministry
checklist and learn of five easy steps to strengthen your parish’s
ministry to college students.
Register College Bound Students. Registered students will become instantly
connected to their church, culture and each other through our web resources. They
can get involved in college visits, spiritual retreats, dinners, conferences,
scholarship offerings, and dozens of other Armenian community programs.
Help Plan an Event for College Students. Help organize dinners, speakers,
visits to colleges, care packages and other events that keep Armenian college
students connected to their church and to each other. For more information,
